THE ARUBA TRIP
On June 26, 2004, I operated as P4/WA3ELQ on the island of Aruba.  Using an Icom IC-703 (10 watts) and a Super Antenna MP-1(a 6', ground mounted vertical) I worked 32 stateside contacts (mostly field day stations) as well as stations in England and Senegal - all on 15m SSB.
