Operating as P4/WA3ELQ from the California Lighthouse at the northwest tip of the island...

* Ham radio operation on Aruba by individuals who are not citizens requires a government-issued permit.  All operations were under a temporary reciprocal license issued by the government of Aruba.  My call sign (P4/WA3ELQ) was government issued, and my station was inspected (as required by law) before I began operations.  For more information on obtaining reciprocal licenses and operating outside the USA, see the ARRL website.
